Why do you call yourselves Business Architects? are you business Coaches?
We are the next level up from Coaching, we employ many coaching tools to help people change  but we are called Business Architects because we analyse your needs, work with you to define your goals and then work alongside you using our model to get you to that place, following what we call a “Blue Print Program”

Is your Program like a software package?
No, business is about people, and being efficient is achieved by employing processes; successful business is about people repeating sound processes. Business Architects work with business owners to develop and improve processes and to systemise them so that people know what to do and are responsible for doing that.

What does Business Architecture really mean?
It’s not just a name, it’s a business innovation. It is a strategy that we use to work with owners on their business.

I had a ‘mentor’ once before how is this going to be different?
We are the formal process between strategy and results. We work towards specific outcomes that you the business owner has continual input into. We respect your knowledge and skill, most businesses we have worked with have experienced increased profit, and efficiency in all departments as a result of renovating and improving what they already had.
